Fact is: the majority of the ppl in Iraq LOVE saddam That is absolutely false. NOBODY likes a dictator. - they parade in the streets - are you telling me they do this @ gunpoint?? Government sanctioned rallies. Again, when you live in a dictatorship, you do as the government says. It's all propoganda. I don't think so. Fact is: the ppl of Iraq HATE the United States... That's true, but they don't really know why they hate us. I guess they feel opressed since they got owned during the gulf war and the following sanctions. I don't think they hate us as much as they hate what they percieve are injustices brought onto them by our government. if they were so oppressed against their will I would think they would welcome US intervention. Not really.. the US has a history of supporting the wrong people in that region. They'd probably prefer to overthrow him themselves, but that's kinda hard when he's got the entire military at his disposal. Until you can somehow convince me that the ppl of Iraq dislike Saddam you can take your childish name-calling and fuck off. Find as many Iraqi's as you can in the States and ask them if they like Saddam. Then ask them what their countrymen back at home think of him. I'll put money that 99% will say they hate him.
